• Supporting the scale-up of HEALANT® polymer processes from lab batches toward pilot production
• Running production trials: mixing, coating, curing, and downstream steps
• Logging process parameters (temperature, time, throughput, viscosity) and building simple dashboards for trend analysis
• Contributing to process window optimization and hands-on troubleshooting
• Supporting quality control on incoming raw materials and outgoing tire samples
• Contributing to standard operating procedures (SOPs) and internal process documentation
• Collaborating with our converters and manufacturing partners on process transfer Requirements
• Background in Chemical Engineering, Process Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Materials Science, Mechanical Engineering (or similar)
• Interest in polymer processing, coatings, adhesives, rubber, or general industrial manufacturing (experience is a plus, not a must)
• Comfortable with equipment operation, structured routines, and technical documentation
• Strong attention to safety, protocols, and reproducibility
• Basic data skills (Excel, graphing). Python or MATLAB is a plus
• Good communication skills in English
• Motivated to learn fast in a startup-paced R&D environment
• EU citizen or valid working visa already approved for the entire duration of the internship
