Manager - Human Risk Management

Kai Tak Employment period: 6-month (For internal application, only short-term employment contract’s terms and condition will be offered for this position regardless of job applicant’s current job category) Major Duties–
• Lead the strategy, design, implementation, and continuous enhancement of CLP’s Security Awareness and Human Risk Management Programme.
• Drive the development of a strong security culture across the organization through behavioural change initiatives and targeted engagement activities and apply behavioural science principles and data-driven insights to identify, mitigate, and reduce human-related security risks.
• Design and deliver security awareness campaigns, training programmes, and communications to promote secure behaviours across all levels of the business.
• Collaborate with senior leadership and cross-functional stakeholders to embed security-conscious behaviours into daily business operations.
• Lead, coach, and influence employees to improve their understanding of security risks and their ability to identify and respond to potential threats.
• Act as a security ambassador to engage employees positively and constructively, promoting the value of security best practices both at work and in everyday life.
• Measure and report on programme effectiveness through relevant metrics, insights, and continuous improvement initiatives. Job Requirements
• Proven experience in Security Awareness, Human Risk Management, Cybersecurity, Information Security, Risk Management, or related disciplines.
• Strong understanding of cybersecurity threats, security awareness methodologies, and behavioural change principles.
• Ability to translate complex technical security concepts into clear, practical, and engaging messages for non-technical audiences.
• Experience in designing and delivering training programmes, awareness campaigns, and communication strategies.
• Professionally curious with a passion for continuous learning.
• Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to work effectively with senior leaders and cross-functional teams.
• Excellent presentation, reporting, and stakeholder briefing capabilities.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to leverage data and insights to drive decision-making and programme improvements.
• Able to assimilate and process information effectively in a fast-changing environment.
• Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently.
• Strong team player with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Demonstrates leadership qualities and the ability to influence others positively.
• People-oriented and capable of building strong working relationships across the organization.
• Flexible and adaptable in a hybrid working environment.
• Fluent in spoken and written English and Cantonese. Working knowledge of Mandarin is an advantage.
