Do you have experience in technical sales or distributor support? Do you enjoy building relationships and want a commercial role that takes you across Europe?
Whether you bring a few years of relevant experience or an extensive track record, we’d like to hear from you.
At CCS Europe, you’ll support and grow an international customer network in the machine vision market. You’ll build strong relationships with customers and their teams, understand their challenges and help them grow sales of our products.
You don’t need to be a machine vision expert. Technical curiosity, relevant commercial experience and strong relationship skills are what matter.
𝗬𝗼𝘂𝗿 𝗿𝗼𝗹𝗲
Your focus will be on supporting and developing our international customer network. You’ll help customers understand our products and follow up on commercial opportunities.
This is a hands-on sales role with responsibility for customer relationships and business development. You’ll report to the European sales director and work closely with our sales, product management and technical support teams.
𝗪𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝘆𝗼𝘂’𝗹𝗹 𝗱𝗼
• Build lasting relationships with customers across our international network.
• Visit customers and their teams regularly to understand their needs and support their commercial activities.
• Develop existing accounts and identify opportunities
• Support customers with commercial enquiries and coordinate technical questions with the right colleagues.
• Help new customers get started with product information, sales materials and training.
• Deliver product presentations and sales training to customer teams.
• Monitor sales performance and customer activity to identify where additional support can make a difference.
• Maintain accurate CRM records for customers, projects and opportunities. 𝗪𝗵𝗼 𝘄𝗲’𝗿𝗲 𝗹𝗼𝗼𝗸𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗳𝗼𝗿 You have experience managing business relationships, supporting distributors or working with a customer network. We welcome both candidates with a few years of relevant experience and seasoned sales professionals who enjoy a hands-on commercial role. Ideally, that experience comes from industrial automation, sensors or related industrial technologies. You’re interested in how technical products are used in factories and feel comfortable talking to people in these environments. You also bring:
• Fluent spoken and written English.
• Dutch, French, German or Japanese language skills are a plus, but not required.
• The ability to build trust and maintain strong professional relationships.
• A commercial mindset and the discipline to follow up on opportunities.
• Technical interest and a willingness to learn about our products and their applications.
• Good organisational skills and the ability to work independently.
• A proactive approach to solving problems, with the judgement to involve colleagues when needed.
• Willingness to travel frequently across Europe, with occasional travel to other EMEA markets.
• A good working knowledge of Microsoft 365.
• Experience with CRM or ERP systems, particularly Salesforce or Microsoft Dynamics/Navision, is an advantage.

• A full-time, permanent employment contract.
