Team members are encouraged to contribute their expertise to improve services and outcomes for clients. Role Description This is a part-time remote role for a Therapist at MCH International LLC. The Therapist will provide individual and, when appropriate, family or group counseling sessions through secure online platforms, using evidence-based therapeutic approaches. Day-to-day responsibilities include conducting intake assessments, developing and updating treatment plans, maintaining accurate and timely clinical documentation, and monitoring client progress. The role involves regular communication with clients regarding scheduling and follow-up, coordinating care with other professionals as needed, and adhering to all ethical, legal, and confidentiality standards. The Therapist will also participate in supervision or consultation, stay current with best practices in mental health care, and support a positive, inclusive experience for all clients. Qualifications
• Licensed or license-eligible mental health professional (e.g., LMFT, LCSW, LPC, LPCC, Psychologist) with experience providing therapy in clinical or community settings.
• Strong skills in assessment, treatment planning, and delivery of evidence-based interventions (such as CBT, DBT, trauma-informed care, or solution-focused approaches).
• Demonstrated ability to build rapport, maintain professional boundaries, and work effectively with clients from diverse backgrounds and identities.
• Proficiency with telehealth platforms, electronic health records, and basic computer tools needed for remote therapeutic work.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including clear documentation and collaborative communication with colleagues and other care providers.
• Ability to manage a part-time caseload independently, organize schedules, and maintain reliability in a remote work environment.
• Commitment to ethical practice, confidentiality, and ongoing professional development, including openness to supervision and feedback.
• Master’s or doctoral degree in a relevant field (such as Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or Marriage and Family Therapy); experience with specific populations (e.g., children, adolescents, couples, or trauma survivors) is a plus.
