Your Profile
Master in Science (Preferably in Chemistry) and Business master degree (optional) or equivalent through experience. Strong background in chemistry, Polymers and related application. Experience in business development or sales, especially in speciality chemicals, adhesives, sealants, polymers, construction chemicals or related industries. Strong understanding of the construction, industrial, automotive or manufacturing market. Ability to engage both commercially and technically with customers across R&D, purchasing, production, and management functions. Strong communication skills and a proven ability to work within a team Strong knowledge of English (additional EU languages are an advantage) Excellent negotiation, presentation, and stakeholder management skills. Willingness to travel extensively (30-50%) within the assigned territory.
