Job Description
COMPANY OVERVIEW
• We are a well-established Hong Kong-based manufacturer specialising in hard toys, with over 40 years of industry experience.
• Headquartered in Hong Kong with a team of 50+, we operate large-scale production facilities in Shenzhen employing over 2,000 staff.
• Our company focuses on OEM and ODM services for hard toys, offering one-stop solutions from design to mass production.
• Our products are exported primarily to North America and Europe. ROLE MISSION
• To lead end-to-end project development for hard toy programs, ensuring on-time delivery, cost efficiency, quality compliance, and customer satisfaction from concept through to mass production. Role Summary
• You will oversee OEM/ODM project execution, coordinate cross-functional teams across Hong Kong and Shenzhen, and serve as the main technical liaison for overseas customers.
• Frequent trip to Shenzhen factory (close to MTR), can same day return Hong Kong with Company shuttle bus provided between LoWu/Huanggang & factory.

Key Responsibilities
• Manage full project lifecycle for hard toy development from concept design to mass production
• Review and approve engineering documents, BOMs, EDMs, and technical specifications
• Plan and monitor development schedules to ensure smooth handover from design to production
• Provide troubleshooting support and advise on cost optimisation, quality improvement, and production efficiency
• Collaborate directly with overseas customers, offering technical guidance on design, materials, and manufacturing solutions
• Lead cross-functional teams (engineering, production, quality, sourcing) to achieve project milestones, KPIs, and operational targets
• Ensure all products comply with international safety standards (ASTM, EN71) and customer requirements IDEAL CANDIDATE
• Bachelor's degree or above in Engineering, Mechanical Design, or a related technical discipline
• Minimum 5 years' experience in product costing, engineering, R&D, and project management within the toys industry (hard toys preferred)
• Strong knowledge of plastic injection molding, tooling design, and mechanical product development
• Familiar with international toy safety standards (ASTM, EN71) and regulatory approval processes
• Able to communicate confidently and independently with overseas customers in English
• Fluent in English, Cantonese, and Mandarin (written and spoken)
• Frequent trip to Shenzhen factory (close to MTR), can same day return Hong Kong. Terms & Benefits
