In addition, we have set up Hong Kong’s first and only 平安五寶中心 and currently partner with legal and medical professionals to provide a comprehensive service for setting up one’s Will, Enduring Power of Attorney, Advance Medical Directive, Funeral and Burial Wishes, as well as recording one’s Life Story, ensuring seamless planning for end-of-life needs. About the Role
We are seeking a driven and dynamic team player to join our mission. As part of our Service Team, you will be involved in understanding our clients’ needs and transforming lives through professional and warm service delivery. Your responsibilities include:
• Handling enquiries received through our telephone and WhatsApp hotline
• Coordinating consultations with lawyers, doctors, and funeral planners, ensuring the seamless implementation of service users' wishes
• Monitoring the service cycle of clients and providing necessary support at various stages
• Keeping in touch with clients who require Will execution post-mortem
• Assisting in coordinating events and workshops Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
• At least 2 years of work experience; relevant knowledge of the NGO sector is a plus
• Good command of written and spoken English, written Chinese, and spoken Cantonese
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Attention to detail and strong organisational skills
