Requirements:
• Language: strong professional English with Knowledge of Dutch or/AND French
•
Experience:
3–5 years of relevant experience as a Business Analyst in the banking industry.
• Strong experience in Risk & Credits, with end-to-end knowledge of credit products and the credit lifecycle, from application and contracting through credit management and repayment.
• Proven experience in requirements gathering, business analysis, impact analysis, and translating business needs into functional requirements.
• Good knowledge of banking applications supporting lending products, credit processes, and credit-related data management.
• Technical affinity with COBOL applications, Java APIs, and process-layer configuration.
• Ability to analyze API-related requirements, understand functional integration flows, and discuss application behavior with Functional Analysts, developers, and IT architects.
• Hands-on experience with Agile methodology, including backlog refinement, sprint ceremonies, feature slicing, and delivery processes.
• Experience defining acceptance criteria, identifying dependencies and risks, and assessing the impact of new requirements in collaboration with Product Owners and other stakeholders.
• Experience supporting functional testing, User Acceptance Testing (UAT), Business Acceptance Testing (BAT), test planning, release validation, and incident resolution.
• Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to collaborate with business teams, Product Owners, architects, developers, Data Managers, Risk, Legal, and Compliance teams.
• Excellent analytical skills, with the ability to structure requirements, model processes, evaluate scenarios, and identify improvement opportunities.
• Strong communication, facilitation, negotiation, and influencing skills, with the ability to challenge requirements constructively and propose practical solutions.
