Our services include disaster relief, special education, volunteer service, first aid and health training, and blood transfusion. http://www.redcross.org.hk Job Purpose The core purpose of this position is to plan, coordinate, and implement community programmes for the service centre in Tai Po under the Recovery Plan, while supporting capacity building and strengthening community resilience under the direction of the Supervisors.

Key Responsibilities
Develop programme materials and deliver activities; Coordinate programme operations with internal cross-service teams to ensure smooth implementation. Conduct home visits and needs assessments for service users when required. Implement action plans and monitor service progress to ensure high service quality. Identifying and exploring new service opportunities. Supervise and guide subordinates and volunteers in providing quality community activities as required. Requirements Higher Diploma in Social Work or Bachelor's degree in relevant discipline, preferably in social science; Registered Social Worker (RSW) preferred Minimum 2 years’ postgraduate and relevant working experience Familiar to community and centre-based service setting and sensitive to service users’needs Good knowledge and experience in programme planning and evaluation Effective networking with government bodies, NGOs, schools, volunteers and stakeholders Strong communication and coordination skills, proactive with maturity Good command of both written and oral English, Chinese/Cantonese/ Putonghua Good knowledge of administrative work, finance processing, and the use of digital tools Fringe Benefits Fringe benefits including generous annual leave, marriage leave, caring leave, volunteer leave, medical and dental benefits (including dependents), Employer MPF voluntary contribution, and a discretionary incentive payment (where applicable) will be offered to the right candidates.
