Job Duties 主要職責
• Ensure all work orders are carried out satisfactorily to guarantee the smooth running of building services systems 確保所有工作均妥善完成，以保障樓宇設備系統暢順運作
• Supervise a team of technicians and provide guidance and assistance as required during the progress of work 督導工程技術員團隊，並在工作進行期間按需要提供指導及協助
• Assign and prioritise daily repair and maintenance tasks according to operational needs 按營運需要分配日常維修及保養工作，並釐定其優先次序
• Ensure the facilities in public area, like lighting, air-conditioning, sound system, etc. are properly functioning. Make sure a clean and tidy after work environment in guest rooms and common areas 確保公共區域內的設施（如照明、空調及音響系統等）運作正常，並確保客房及公共區域在工程完成後保持整潔
• Co-ordinate with outside contractors in carrying out special projects 協調外判承辦商進行特別工程項目
• Comply fully with health and safety instructions, policies and procedures and maintain appropriate standards of conduct and hygiene 嚴格遵守健康與安全指引、政策及程序，並維持適當的行為操守及衞生標準 Benefits 員工福利
• 5-day work week (8 hours per day)
