• Conduct interviews and workshops with stakeholders to identify and document business needs.
• Analyse existing (as-is) processes and design future (to-be) processes using BPMN 2.0, including gap analysis.
• Define user stories, Product Backlog Items (PBIs), and acceptance criteria within an Agile/Scrum environment.
• Maintain requirements traceability matrices to ensure consistency throughout the project lifecycle.
• Support the Product Owner in backlog refinement, prioritisation, and requirements management.
• Prepare use cases, process documentation, and low-fidelity mock-ups to validate business requirements.
• Coordinate and support business users during User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
• Perform impact analyses when business requirements evolve.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation throughout project iterations. Requirements
• Bachelor's or Master's degree (EQF Level 6) in Business Administration, Information Technology, Information Systems, or an equivalent field.
• At Least 15 years of relevant professional experience.
• Minimum 7 years of experience eliciting and documenting business requirements using BPMN 2.0 process modelling.
• Minimum 6 years of experience writing user stories and acceptance criteria within Agile/Scrum delivery models.
• Minimum 5 years of experience maintaining requirements traceability matrices.
• Minimum 5 years of experience using issue-tracking and collaboration tools such as Jira, Confluence, or equivalent.
• Minimum 3 years of experience leading business analysis activities in complex, multi-stakeholder projects or coordinating teams of business analysts Additional Skills And Expertise (Nice To Have)
• Previous experience as a Product Owner.
• Experience in requirements management within international or intergovernmental organisations or central national administrations. Will you join us in humanizing technology?
