* Payments What you will do: → Gather, analyse and challenge business requirements through workshops and stakeholder discussions. → Translate business needs into clear functional specifications. → Map and improve business processes using UML and BPMN. → Write user stories with clear, testable acceptance criteria. → Collaborate with business stakeholders, Product Owners, developers and testers in an Agile environment. → Support testing and business validation to ensure solutions meet business expectations. What you bring → At least 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst. → Proven experience in the banking sector, ideally in Mortgage Loans, KYC/AML or Payments. → Strong analytical and functional analysis skills. → Solid knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies. → Experience with UML, BPMN and tools such as Jira, Confluence or Azure DevOps. → Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate with business and technical stakeholders. → French and Dutch, depending on the project, alongside fluent English. → Availability to work on freelance assignments in Belgium.
