salary:
EUR 120,000–160,000. Base pay positioning target: 15% above comparable local market base pay. This target and the proposed salary range are not verified market benchmarks; the final offer will depend on the role scope, location and candidate experience. Proposed annual performance bonus: 15–25% of annual gross base salary, subject to agreed business and individual objectives. Responsibilities
• Lead the Belgian business strategy, annual budget and operating plan, with accountability for revenue, profitability and overall performance.
• Build, develop and lead commercial, operational and support teams.
• Identify new market opportunities and develop strategic customer and distribution partnerships.
• Oversee daily operations, resource allocation and cross-functional coordination.
• Monitor business performance, operational risks and applicable regulatory requirements.
• Work closely with senior leadership to implement growth initiatives and strengthen the company's market position. What you bring
• Proven senior leadership experience in general management, healthcare, medical devices or a related industry.
• Experience managing business operations, budgets, commercial performance and cross-functional teams.
• Strong strategic planning, financial management and decision-making capabilities.
• Excellent leadership, negotiation and stakeholder management skills.
• Knowledge of the Belgian healthcare market and relevant business practices.
• Professional proficiency in English; Dutch or French is an advantage. Terms and support Paid annual leave, structured onboarding, role-specific training and professional development.
