• S ufficient operational knowledge of English to:
• understand technical, operational, safety, and security instructions;
• communicate during service delivery and incident resolution activities;
• interact with Purchaser representatives where operationally required;
• complete service-related documentation and ticket updates. Duties/role:
• Managing the change request (CR) process end-to-end ;
• Preparing and submitting change proposals and impact assessments ;
• Coordinating change approvals with governance bodies (TCC, CSC) ;
• Maintaining the change register and tracking all changes ;
• Ensuring all implemented changes are documented and reflected in baselines .
