Who You Are
• You have solid technical knowledge and experience with electrical installations. Knowledge of HVAC systems and automation is a plus.
• You have an eye for detail and work accurately, even under time pressure.
• You are a strong problem solver.
• You are comfortable performing physical work.
• You are computer literate.
• You always keep the customer in mind in everything you do.
• You are humble, open, and honest when working with others.
• You speak and write Dutch fluently.
• You hold a Category B driver's license. A Day in Your Life With UsAs a Facility Co-worker, you support the store with technical tasks. You perform maintenance activities on various technical installations required for the optimal functioning of the location, while observing all necessary safety requirements. Within the Facility team, you take responsibility for both preventive and reactive maintenance activities.

Key Responsibilities
• Carry out ad hoc repairs, work orders, and scheduled preventive maintenance. You can independently decide when to involve an external partner and always work in a cost-conscious manner to ensure minimum costs.
• Perform required safety inspections and repairs on installations in collaboration with your colleagues and the prevention advisor.
• Take an active role in optimizing Facility work routines, in consultation with your colleagues and manager.
• After a training period of several months, you will participate in on-call duty rotations.
