Job Description
We are seeking an experienced ERP Project Manager to manage software implementation projects within a Microsoft Dynamics environment. This role is ideal for a professional with a strong background in ERP implementations, project delivery, and client relationship management, preferably within a consultancy environment. You will be responsible for overseeing projects from planning through to completion, ensuring delivery within the agreed scope, budget, and timeline while maintaining strong client relationships and project profitability. Responsibilities
• Manage end-to-end ERP and software implementation projects.
• Analyse client requirements and translate business needs into structured project plans.
• Define project scope, objectives, budgets, timelines, and resource requirements.
• Coordinate project teams and ensure effective allocation of resources.
• Act as the main point of contact for clients and manage stakeholder expectations.
• Monitor project progress, deliverables, costs, and profitability.
• Manage change requests, identify risks, and implement appropriate mitigation measures.
• Proactively resolve project issues and ensure successful project delivery. Requirements
• 5–10 years of experience in ERP or software implementation project management, preferably within a consultancy environment.
• Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central and/or Microsoft Dynamics NAV.
• Good understanding of project budgeting, resource allocation, and project planning.
• Excellent organisational, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Proactive, commercially minded, and solution-oriented approach.
• Professional proficiency in Dutch and English.
• Project management certifications are an advantage.
• Knowledge of other Microsoft technologies is considered a plus. Benefits
