Position Overview Oversee day-to-day operations of the Qura bar and Lobby Lounge to ensure adherence to brand and Forbes standard Control outlet expenses, monitor sales, and manage monthly P&L to achieve financial targets Train and mentor staff with a focus on service standards, conduct regular briefings, performance appraisals and trainings to build functional and core competencies Build business rapport and handle guest feedback and complains professionally, and ensure guests' dining and beverage experience conforms with hotel’s standards of excellence for quality, professionalism and friendliness Required Skills Significant experience in luxury hotel restaurant management Strong interpersonal, problem-solving, and motivational abilities to lead, train, and inspire a large team Strong understanding of luxury service frameworks (eg. Forbes), with a passion to deliver refined guest experiences Outstanding knowledge of food, beverage, wine and local market trends
