About the Role
NISH Tech BV is looking for a Social Media Expert to support digital communications, employer branding and audience engagement initiatives within a large international enterprise. The successful candidate will manage social media activities, create compelling content, engage online communities and contribute to influencer engagement initiatives. You will monitor social media performance, analyse audience trends and translate data into actionable recommendations to improve engagement. The role also involves using social media management and listening tools, preparing performance reports and collaborating with internal stakeholders to maintain consistent and effective digital communications.

Key Responsibilities
• Manage social media activities across relevant platforms, with LinkedIn preferred.
• Create engaging and relevant social media content.
• Support employer branding and digital communication initiatives.
• Manage and engage online communities.
• Contribute to influencer engagement activities.
• Monitor audience engagement and social media performance.
• Analyse social media data, trends and audience behaviour.
• Translate insights into actionable recommendations.
• Develop engagement strategies based on performance results.
• Use social media management, analytics, listening and reporting tools.
• Prepare performance reports and communicate key findings.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders on communication initiatives.
• Maintain strong organizational and communication standards. Required Skills Mandatory requirements
• Bachelor's degree in Communications, Journalism, Media Studies, Marketing, Digital Communications, Public Relations or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of professional experience in social media management, community management, digital communications, influencer engagement, content creation or a related area.
• Proven experience creating engaging social media content and managing online communities.
• Strong understanding of employer branding, social media ecosystems and audience engagement.
• Experience with social media management, analytics, listening and reporting tools.
• Ability to analyse social media data and develop actionable recommendations.
• Strong organizational, stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Excellent written and spoken English.
