Senior Human Resources Associate

We are seeking a proactive Senior Human Resources Associate to join Human Resources – Power Systems to deliver HR partnering services across assigned business units. Working closely with HR Business Partners, HR Centers of Excellence, People Services and business stakeholders, the appointee will contribute to support the effective delivery of HR initiatives and organizational development.
• Support the effective delivery of HR partnering services for assigned business portfolios, including headcount planning, performance management and remuneration reviews
• Partner with business stakeholders and HR colleagues to implement people initiatives and programmes that support business priorities and workforce requirements
• Build and maintain positive working relationships with business managers and employees
• Provide timely and professional HR advice in line with company policies, procedures and governance requirements
• Collaborate with HR Centres of Excellence and People Services to deliver practical and business-focused HR solutions, while identifying opportunities to streamline work processes and enhance service effectiveness
• Provide coordination, administrative and analytical support for HR activities, ensuring high standards of accuracy, confidentiality and service quality
• Participate in ad hoc HR projects and assignments as required to support the changing business needs Requirements
• A recognized university degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology or related disciplines
• Minimum 3 years' relevant experience in Human Resources, preferably in HR business partnering environment in large operations industry
• Good business awareness, strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to develop effective working relationships and support people-related initiatives in a dynamic business environment.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with good attention to detail
• Basic knowledge of HR related policies and procedures, with good understanding of employment related ordinances and regulations
• Good organizational and coordination skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
