Responsibilities Assist in conducting investigations, risk assessments, compliance audits and intelligence collection Provide recommendations and propose corrective actions in response to compliance findings or intelligence collected Support initiatives to cultivate and maintain a strong security culture across all staff levels Collect, analyze, and disseminate security related information to support the development and continuous improvement of security policies, procedures, and standards Assist in monitoring the effectiveness of security controls, systems, and processes to ensure alignment with corporate security requirements Support coordination with internal departments and external partners on corporate security matters when required Requirements Degree in Security Management or a related discipline, or possession of relevant professional certifications A minimum of 2 years’ relevant experience in corporate security, security operations, risk management, or related fields General knowledge of ISO 31000 / security risk management principles and solid understanding of physical security management, including security technologies, systems, and equipment Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with internal and external stakeholders Remarks Candidates with less experience will be considered for the Assistant Corporate Security Executive position Applications You are invited to apply online via http://www.mtr.com.hk/mtr_job_en or send in your CV stating the position (with reference number) you are applying for by mail to Human Resource Management Department, MTR Corporation, G.
