We're looking for a Programme Delivery Manager – Technology to join our team in West Flanders, Belgium in an office and client site working mode. In this role, you will oversee large-scale client engagements across the Benelux region, ensuring the successful delivery of complex programs that drive measurable business impact. You will hold full accountability for delivery outcomes, client relationships and commercial performance while fostering continuous improvement and developing a strong management team. Your ability to combine strategic oversight with technical depth will ensure you can challenge decisions, resolve challenges and collaborate effectively across engineering and leadership teams.
Responsibilities
Drive end-to-end program delivery from initiation through completion in line with EPAM processes
Manage client relationships and expectations at project, program and governance levels
Address client issues, identify engagement risks and ensure mitigation plans are executed
Develop and maintain delivery plans and coordinate proposals and statements of work
Oversee multiple activity streams and align them with SDLC and IT service management processes
Own all aspects of delivery, including financial, sourcing, implementation and regulatory requirements
Collaborate with multi-disciplinary global teams to drive estimates, delivery plans and retrospectives
Requirements
Significant experience leading large, complex, multi-team programs (50+ FTE, multi-year duration)
Proven track record in delivering enterprise commerce or digital transformation programs in a consulting context
Demonstrated experience with legacy-to-microservices modernization
Background delivering for retail, grocery, or consumer-goods clients is a strong advantage
Experience managing program budgets of $10M+ annually
Strong understanding of microservices architecture, cloud-native delivery (AWS/Azure/GCP), CI/CD and DevOps practices
Deep knowledge of SDLC/PDLC and best-practice project and program management methodologies
Fluent in agile delivery at scale (SAFe, LeSS, or equivalent) and capable of hybrid model application
Ability to engage credibly in architectural discussions with senior engineers and client architects
Understanding of AI solutions to improve SDLC efficiency
Executive presence with the ability to influence and negotiate at VP and C-level
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English (Dutch is a plus)
Skilled in managing distributed teams across multiple time zones
Strong commercial acumen for handling change requests, scope negotiations and contracts
Nice to have
Experience working within or alongside a global system integrator delivery model
Exposure to pre-sales, solutioning, or shaping large commercial deals
