Function
As an S&OP Demand Manager, you report to the Supply Chain Director and play a key role in the planning and implementation of the overall performance of Lutosa.
Central point of contact for the S&OP (Sales & OperationsPlanning) process, your mission is to ensure reliable demand planning, to implement Match market needs with available operational capabilities and provide a structured framework for making the right decisions, identify risks and anticipate different scenarios.
You contribute directly to performance overall business, with the aim of maximizing the profitability of the company's Lutosa while maintaining a high level of service for our customers.
Your Main Responsibilities
• Being the referent S&OP process at Lutosa. Ensuring continuity and development of its stages, and ensure their deployment and integration in McCain's monthly S&OP process.
• Driving the Demand Steps Review and IOR and support the Supply Review stage, in collaboration with with the Product Management and Planning teams. Develop, have approved and follow up on 24-month demand forecasts.
• Setting up a continuous improvement of the S&OP process, in order to strengthen its maturity and performance, particularly in terms of Product Management Review and monetization.
• Contribute to the development of an S&OE (Sales & Operations Execution).
• Develop statistical forecasts based on Historical data, according to the different dimensions and hierarchies of customer-product-location.
• Organize monthly forecast reviews, analyze variances between planned demand, updated forecasts and objectives, and ensure the reporting and monitoring of actions.
• Challenge the various directors and the sales teams on the available data, to ensure realistic forecasts and Promote fact-based decisions.
• Collaborate closely with the Sales, Marketing, Finance, Production teams, Planning, Supply Chain, Logistics and Customer Service in order to align demand, capacity and the company's financial objectives.
• Manage and track key KPIs in the process S&OP, including: Forecast Accuracy, Forecast Bias, Service Level (OTIF), Sales Achievement and Capacity Level.
• Identify risks, propose different scenarios and ensure escalations necessary with the decision-making levels concerned. Profile
• Holder of a Master's degree (or equivalent by experience).
• Solid experience in S&OP, for a minimum of 10 years, with particularly strong expertise in Demand Management.
• Excellent command of Excel and good data visualization skills.
• Good knowledge of ERP systems. Experience with SAP IBP is a real asset.
• Knowledge of the agri-food sector is an important part of the an asset but is not essential.
• Rigour, analytical and results-oriented, with an ability to analyze large volumes of data and to integrate financial issues into the decision.
