10+ years Key Requirements
• Strong experience in Capital Markets / Financial Services domain.
• IBM Mainframe / DB2 administration and technology experience.
• Proven experience as a Technical Lead / Solution Architect on large-scale IT transformation projects.
• Strong knowledge of Java or .
NET development stacks.
• Experience with Azure Cloud, APIs, integration mechanisms, and data technologies.
• Good understanding of event-driven architecture and Kafka.
• Experience with Linux / Java development.
• Strong understanding of end-to-end architecture, solution design, and software engineering.
• Ability to work across multiple systems, teams, and technology domains.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and leadership skills.
• Experience working in complex enterprise environments, preferably within Financial Services.

• Lead the design and delivery of end-to-end technical architecture solutions.
• Collaborate with business, architecture, engineering, and application teams.
• Ensure solutions align with enterprise architecture and technology standards.
• Provide technical leadership throughout the project lifecycle, from inception to deployment.
