YOUR JOB IN A NUTSHELL Join BNP Paribas Fortis as a Product Owner for the Windows and Linux Security Squad, where you’ll play a pivotal role in securing and evolving the bank’s critical authentication, authorization, and directory services platforms (e.g., Active Directory, Red Hat Identity Management). Based in Brussels, you’ll lead an Agile, multidisciplinary team within our IT Security Production Filière, collaborating with global stakeholders to strengthen security resilience while balancing innovation, operational stability, and risk mitigation. AND IN DETAIL The Windows and Linux Security Squad is part of BNP Paribas’ IT Security Production Filière, responsible for maintaining, securing, and evolving core identity and access management (IAM) systems, including:
• Microsoft Active Directory and Red Hat Identity Management (IdM).
• Authentication protocols (e.g., Kerberos), provisioning services, and server environments.
• Global security operations, in close collaboration with IT Group partners (e.g., Paris) to ensure secure, compliant, and reliable processes. As a Product Owner, you’ll bridge technical teams and business needs, driving security initiatives aligned with:
• BNP Paribas’ global and local IT security directives.
• Regulatory requirements and operational priorities. Your

responsibilities:
• Backlog leadership: Prioritize and refine initiatives related to OS hardening, security event monitoring, cloud migration (e.g., Red Hat IdM, Active Directory), platform lifecycle management, and infrastructure security improvements.
• Third-line security support: Coordinate incident response for authentication/authorization issues, ensuring alignment with IT Group partners.
• Business continuity: Design, test, and document disaster recovery plans for critical security assets.
• Risk & vulnerability management: Track remediation actions, support audit campaigns, and report progress to senior stakeholders.
• Provisioning services: Contribute to the lifecycle management and evolution of platforms supporting LDAP/directory services (e.g., Microsoft Identity Manager, IBM Security Directory Integrator).
• Security monitoring: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve in-house solutions.
• Translation of needs into action: Act as a liaison between technical teams and business units, converting complex security requirements into clear roadmaps.
• Strategic improvements: Identify blockers, propose enhancements, and align security practices with BNP Paribas’ global IT strategy. YOUR TALENTS AND COMPETENCES Technical expertise:
• Deep knowledge of Windows Active Directory, Red Hat IdM, and authentication protocols (e.g., Kerberos).
• Experience with IAM provisioning tools (e.g., Microsoft Identity Manager, IBM Security Directory Integrator).
• Familiarity with cloud environments, containerized platforms, networking, and scripting is a plus. Agile leadership:
• 5+ years in Windows/Linux security within large-scale environments.
• Proven experience as a Product Owner or similar role in Agile frameworks. Problem-solving mindset:
• Analytical and conceptual thinking to navigate complex security challenges.
• Proactive approach with a focus on stakeholder communication and customer satisfaction. Collaboration

skills:
• Ability to bridge technical and business perspectives, ensuring alignment across teams. Language proficiency:
• Fluent English (mandatory for technical discussions/documentation).
• Professional French (preferred) and Dutch (a plus) for regional collaboration.

Education:
• Bachelor’s or master’s degree (or equivalent) in IT, cybersecurity, or a related field.
