To support this journey, we are looking for an AI Engineer (Operations & AI Transformation). Your Impact As AI Engineer, you will play a key role in designing, building and deploying AI solutions that deliver measurable business value across multiple domains including: Mobility & Roadside Assistance Travel Assistance Travel Claims Customer Service Fraud & Leakage Prevention Sales & Support Functions Back Office Operations You will collaborate closely with Operations, IT, Data and Digital teams across four countries to transform business challenges into scalable AI solutions.

What You'll Do
Build AI Solutions That Matter Design, develop and deploy AI/ML solutions for operational use cases Develop conversational AI solutions including chatbots, voicebots and AI assistants Create AI-powered decision support tools and Agent copilots Build end-to-end AI pipelines from prototype through production Drive Generative AI Innovation Integrate Large Language Models (LLMs) into business processes Implement RAG architectures and prompt engineering best practices Develop knowledge assistants and intelligent case summarization solutions Automate repetitive and high-volume operational tasks Operationalize AI at Scale Deploy and monitor AI solutions in production environments Implement MLOps practices including versioning, monitoring and performance tracking Ensure scalability, reliability and continuous optimization Deliver Business Value Assess and prioritize AI use cases based on impact, feasibility and ROI Drive measurable outcomes such as: Increased automation rates Reduced Average Handling Time (AHT) Lower operational costs Improved customer satisfaction Ensure Responsible AI Ensure compliance with GDPR, EU AI Act and Generali Group standards Contribute to AI governance, risk assessments and model documentation Promote responsible AI practices across the organization What You'll Bring ✔ Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, AI, Data Science or a related field ✔ 3+ years of hands-on experience in AI/ML Engineering ✔ Strong Python programming skills ✔ Experience with Machine Learning frameworks and production-grade AI solutions ✔ Hands-on experience with: LLMs RAG architectures NLP Prompt Engineering APIs AI Automation ✔ Experience with Azure Cloud technologies (preferred) ✔ Understanding of AI governance, GDPR and Responsible AI principles ✔ Strong stakeholder management and communication skills ✔ Ability to connect technology with business outcomes and ROI Why Join Redion? ✨ Strategic role in a major AI Transformation Program ✨ Direct impact on operational excellence and customer experience ✨ International exposure across multiple countries and business lines ✨ Opportunity to build AI solutions that are used in production at scale ✨ Access to continuous learning and development opportunities ✨ Flexible working environment and work-life balance ✨ Competitive salary package including: Meal Vouchers Hospitalization Insurance Group Insurance Homeworking Allowance Transportation Allowance 📍 Modern offices located opposite Brussels Central Station 📩 Interested?
