If you're passionate about IT technologies, enjoy solving technical issues and delivering excellent end-user support, we'd love to hear from you Your Responsibilities
• Provide 1st and 2nd line IT support, remotely and on-site.
• Diagnose and resolve hardware, software and workstation incidents.
• Install, configure and maintain laptops, desktops, smartphones and tablets.
• Manage IT service requests, incidents and workstation assets.
• Deliver hands-on workplace and proximity support to end users.
• Coordinate with internal IT teams, external suppliers and service providers.
• Maintain accurate technical documentation and support procedures.
• Contribute to workplace improvement initiatives and IT projects. What We're Looking For
• 5+ years of experience in IT user support, workplace support or IT service management.
• Strong troubleshooting skills across hardware, software and end-user devices.
• Solid understanding of ITSM processes and incident/request management.
• Experience with workstation configuration, deployment and asset management.
• Excellent communication, problem-solving and customer service skills.
• Ability to work independently, manage priorities and perform under pressure.
• Proactive, reliable and team-oriented mindset. Language Requirements – Mandatory
• Fluent Dutch
