Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role located in Hong Kong SAR for an Interior Design Director, Associate Interior Design Director, or Senior Interior Designer, depending on experience. The role involves leading and developing interior design concepts, guiding project design direction, and ensuring design quality from schematic stages through construction completion. Responsibilities include managing project workflows, coordinating with architects and consultants, overseeing construction drawings, and providing design input on materials, finishes, and spatial planning. The position requires close collaboration with clients, presenting design proposals, and incorporating feedback to meet project goals and budgets. The role also includes mentoring junior team members, monitoring project timelines, and supporting cross-disciplinary work with architecture, urban design, and landscape teams. Qualifications
• Strong Interior Design skills with proven experience in concept development, space planning, and material/finish selection.
• Proficiency in Design Management, including project coordination, team leadership, and oversight of design deliverables.
• Experience preparing and reviewing Construction Drawings and technical documentation to support on-site execution.
• Bachelor’s degree or above in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.
• Proficiency in relevant design and drawing software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, Rhino, Adobe Creative Suite or equivalent).
• Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to work with clients, consultants, and contractors.
• Experience in leading or managing interior projects in Mainland China, Hong Kong SAR, or Southeast Asia is an advantage.
• Ability to work on-site, handle multiple projects, and meet deadlines in a collaborative studio environment.
