• Build and run paid channels: Google Ads, Meta, X Ads, Telegram Ads
• Optimize landing pages and funnel conversion
• Own registration, FTD, first trade, CAC, ROI
• Produce high-converting creatives and English copy based on trader psychology
• Design account-stability / policy-pass playbooks (anti-ban, review survival)
• Monitor backend trading data and retention; reallocate budget and iterate bidding models Requirements
• 2+ years paid UA in Web3, exchanges, or financial derivatives
• Proven experience in paid channels
• Proven scale cases (volume + acquisition, not vanity metrics)
• Fluent English as working language; can write English ads independently
• Understand perps mechanics and trader pain points
• Strong ROI discipline and data analysis
