Our client, a prominent organization shaping the technology of tomorrow, is looking for a Senior Quality Assurance Coach. This role focuses on providing practical coaching to delivery teams, establishing quality governance, and ensuring release readiness across complex enterprise projects.
Responsibilities
- Work directly with strategic projects and delivery teams to provide practical coaching on test strategy, risk-based testing, and release preparation.
- Provide independent quality assessments and objective insights to support go/no-go decisions for key releases.
- Establish quality reporting standards and management dashboards to provide visibility into progress, risks, and trends.
- Assess testing maturity and advise on fit-for-purpose automation solutions and AI-assisted testing capabilities.
- Capture lessons learned to translate project experiences into reusable standards, templates, and best practices. Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in software testing and quality engineering.
- 8+ years of experience as a Test Lead, QA Coach, or Test Manager within complex enterprise environments.
- You have experience with Playwright or Tosca test automation platforms.
- You possess hands-on experience with functional, integration, end-to-end, and User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
- You bring strong knowledge of Agile, Scrum, and software development lifecycle (SDLC) practices.
- You're familiar with Jira, Confluence, Azure DevOps, or ServiceNow.
- You possess strong stakeholder management, facilitation, and communication skills with a pragmatic, solution-oriented approach.
- You are fluent in English with a very good level of Dutch. Nice to Haves
- Experience with M365, SAP, ServiceNow, or data warehouse environments.
- Ability to create quality dashboards and management scorecards.
- Experience implementing and scaling test automation frameworks and roadmaps.
- Familiarity with AI-assisted quality engineering solutions.
- Experience supporting large transformation or SDLC improvement initiatives. Offer
