About the Company
An international, multi-site leader supplying specialized components to global manufacturing sectors is looking for a hands-on, entrepreneurial Group HR Director to shape the next chapter of the group. With operations across Europe (Belgium, Netherlands, France, Germany), the US, South Africa, and China—and an ambitious growth agenda encompassing M&A, digitalization, Industry 4.0, and commercial transformation—our client requires an HR leader who turns strategy into concrete results on the ground.
About the Role
Ready to make HR a true driver of international growth and transformation? Responsibilities
- International Leadership: Lead and harmonize HR strategy across global sites while balancing local operational realities in a matrix environment.
- Workforce Strategy: Strengthen the blue-collar workforce through targeted recruitment, retention, versatility training, and structured absenteeism reduction.
- Transformation & Change: Drive organizational design, restructuring initiatives, and talent development across management and white-collar teams.
- Group Initiatives: Oversee group-wide HR technology integration (including Kelio HRIS implementation), internal learning academy programs, talent management, and ESG frameworks.
- Executive Impact: Coach local HR teams, work directly alongside the CEO, and serve as an active member of the Executive Committee. Qualifications

Experience:
10+ years of senior HR leadership within an international, multi-site industrial or manufacturing environment featuring a strong blue-collar presence.
- Mindset: Pragmatic, execution-driven, and comfortable balancing high-level strategy with hands-on operational needs.
- Languages: Fluency in English and French is mandatory; Dutch is a strong asset.
- Mobility: Willingness to undertake periodic international travel. Location & Scope
