- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in an HR Managerial role; a background in operations is considered an asset.
- Diploma/ Degree in HR Practices and Employment Law
- Fluency in Maltese and English (both spoken and written).
- Strong knowledge of HR systems, databases, and HR metrics.
- In-depth understanding of HR principles, practices, and legislation, including employment law, labour relations, and health & safety regulations.
- Knowledge in handling of visa and work permit applications across an international basis.
- Knowledge of recruitment, performance management, compensation & benefits, training & development, and employee engagement strategies.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs.
- Strong Knowledge of Payroll Computation
- Strong knowledge of Payroll Systems (ex.
