The consultant will be responsible for defining and evolving the technical architecture of integration solutions, with a strong focus on Enterprise Data Management (EDM) , authoritative data sources , and GIS (Geographic Information System) capabilities. The role combines architecture, hands-on technical implementation, development leadership, and coaching responsibilities. The assignment requires a senior profile capable of designing scalable integration architectures, leading development teams, contributing to implementation activities, and ensuring knowledge transfer. Your

missions:
- Evolve and maintain a hybrid integration platform connecting Azure-based and legacy/private-cloud applications.
- Define technical architectures for solutions built on the integration platform.
- Support the implementation of Enterprise Data Management (EDM) repositories and authoritative data source subscription mechanisms.
- Contribute to the evolution and maintenance of solutions developed on the integration platform.
- Design and implement integration patterns, API strategies, microservices, and event-driven architectures.
- Lead development activities and provide technical guidance to the development team.
- Participate actively in software development when required.
- Support GIS-related initiatives, including spatial data management and geospatial processing.
- Ensure technical documentation, knowledge transfer, and coaching of developers. Your activities: Architecture & Design
- Produce High Level Designs (HLD).
- Define technical architecture designs and implementation roadmaps.
- Create technical analysis and architecture documentation.
- Design hybrid integration architectures involving Azure and private cloud/legacy environments.
- Define event-driven architectures using Azure messaging and integration services.
- Design Topics, Queues, Subscriptions, and data dissemination strategies aligned with business and data flow requirements. Integration & Platform Evolution
- Evolve the existing integration platform.
- Define and implement integration solutions between multiple information systems.
- Design and maintain API, SOA, and microservices-based architectures.
- Ensure interoperability between cloud and legacy systems.
- Implement secure integration patterns using REST, SOAP, and WS-Security. Enterprise Data Management
- Design and implement data repositories and master/reference data solutions.
- Define governance approaches for authoritative data sources.
- Implement subscription and synchronization mechanisms with authoritative data sources.
- Support data governance and contextual data management initiatives. GIS & Spatial Systems
- Contribute to GIS architecture and implementation.
- Manage repositories of points of interest (POI).
- Design and optimize spatial calculations, including distance calculations and isochrone processing.
- Implement geospatial processing solutions using appropriate GIS frameworks and libraries. Development & Leadership
- Lead and coordinate development teams.
- Participate in the development of solutions using Java technologies and modern frameworks.
- Review technical implementations and ensure architectural compliance.
- Produce technical documentation.
- Deliver handovers and coach developers to ensure knowledge transfer and sustainability of solutions. Compliance & Data Protection
- Ensure solutions comply with data protection and GDPR requirements.
- Integrate security, privacy, and compliance considerations throughout the software development lifecycle. You have the following

- Recent experience (within the last 12 months) evolving hybrid integration platforms connecting Azure and private-cloud/legacy systems.
- Proven experience with EDM and authoritative data source integration.
- Proven experience with GIS implementations, including geospatial repositories and isochrone calculations.
- Experience in the public sector is considered a strong asset.
