NET TECHNICAL ARCHITECT / TECH LEAD 📍
Location:
Brussels, Belgium

About the Role
We are looking for a Senior .
NET Technical Architect / Tech Lead with strong expertise in modern UI development, microservices, cloud and DevOps. The ideal candidate will provide technical leadership across multiple development teams and help shape the target architecture. 🔹
Key Responsibilities
- Report application portfolio progress to Project Leaders and Development Management.
- Review and challenge technical specifications.
- Ensure high code quality and adherence to development standards.
- Define and communicate target architecture.
- Lead and coordinate multiple development teams during sprints.
- Coach developers and facilitate technical sessions.
- Investigate complex technical issues and provide structured solutions.
- Challenge technical choices with Tech Leads, developers and Product Owners.
- Explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Drive technology watch and adoption of relevant new technologies. 🔹 Technical Requirements
- Senior/Architect-level .
NET experience.
- Strong UI/front-end expertise and experience delivering modern UI solutions.
- Microfrontend knowledge is required.
- Strong Blazor expertise preferred; equivalent modern UI technology accepted.
- Strong knowledge of Microservices Architecture and development patterns.
- Good experience with Kubernetes (K8s) – pods, services, ingress, networking, etc.
- Strong experience with Azure Cloud resources.
- Experience with Helm and Azure DevOps CI/CD pipelines .
- Experience with UML, ArchiMate or similar architecture modelling.
- Strong knowledge of testing: unit testing, feature testing and mocking. 🔹 Soft Skills
- Excellent communication and analytical skills.
- Strong coaching and leadership abilities.
- Comfortable working in Scrum/Agile teams .
- Ability to coordinate multiple development teams.
- Strong problem-solving and technical investigation skills.
- Structured approach to solution design.
- Ability to manage priorities and emergencies effectively.
- Strong stakeholder management and collaboration skills. 🔹 Languages
- English: C1 – mandatory
