- You hold a master’s degree in a financial, business or technical field, such as business engineering or engineering;
- You have at least five years of relevant experience in project or program management. Experience in large-scale infrastructure or CAPEX projects is a strong asset; Completion of a PMI/PMP course or an equivalent project management qualification is an asset.
- You combine strong organizational skills with a results-oriented approach and the ability to set priorities and act on them;
- You are proactive and solution-oriented, remain effective under pressure and are comfortable addressing complex challenges;
- You communicate clearly and convincingly, both orally and in writing, and can translate complex information into concise management insights;
- You are a collaborative team player who motivates others and creates impact through a positive, constructive and connecting approach;
- You are fluent in English and Dutch or French, with a good working knowledge of French/Dutch.
- Knowledge of planning and enterprise tools such as Primavera P6 and SAP, reporting tools such as Power BI, and risk management methodologies is an asset
