SAP Functional Analyst WM

#### Vos missions Great assignments await you with our key account clients in rich and varied environments We are looking for a highly experienced SAP Functional Analyst WM / EWM to join an ERP team responsible for supporting and enhancing business-critical processes and applications across Logistics, Procurement, Finance, and related business areas. The consultant will act as a Technical/Functional SAP Analyst, ensuring the continuous improvement, maintenance, and evolution of SAP warehouse and inventory management solutions. The role requires strong expertise in SAP WM, solid knowledge of SAP EWM, and the ability to bridge business needs with technical implementation while ensuring solution quality, maintainability, and service continuity. This is a long-term assignment requiring a senior profile with excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills. Your

missions:
- Analyze business requirements and translate them into functional and technical solutions.
- Estimate workload, costs, and implementation efforts for requested changes.
- Evaluate alternative solution approaches and recommend the most appropriate option.
- Assess impacts on existing systems, processes, and integrations.
- Configure, adapt, and develop SAP solutions according to approved specifications.
- Ensure service continuity, system stability, and maintainability.
- Support testing activities, quality assurance, and production deployments.
- Manage and resolve incidents, problems, and support requests.
- Maintain and update technical and functional documentation.
- Collaborate closely with business stakeholders and ERP team members to optimize processes and user experience. Your activities:
- Gather, analyze, and document business requirements.
- Perform functional analysis and solution design.
- Define and estimate change requests.
- Configure SAP WM and support EWM-related implementations.
- Execute or support technical developments and adaptations.
- Perform ABAP analysis and debugging activities.
- Analyze impacts of changes on existing SAP environments.
- Prepare specifications and technical documentation.
- Create test plans and test scenarios.
- Coordinate, supervise, and validate testing activities.
- Ensure quality control before deployment.
- Support production releases and post-go-live activities.
- Monitor, investigate, and resolve incidents and problems.
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives in warehouse and inventory management processes.
- Support data migration activities when required. You have the following

skills:
Mandatory
- Master's degree or equivalent professional experience.
- Proven experience as a Functional Analyst.
- Minimum 10 years of experience with SAP WM.
- Strong expertise in SAP Configuration.
- Proven experience in Inventory Management and Warehousing.
- Knowledge of ABAP and debugging.
- Fluency in at least one national language: French or Dutch.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Customer-oriented and results-driven mindset.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work efficiently, rigorously, and flexibly. Preferred
- Experience with SAP EWM.
- Experience with SAP MM.
- Experience with SAP PM.
- Experience with Data Migration.
- Experience with a modelling tool.

Votre profil

- You have at least 10 years of professional experiences in IT
- If you are at least fluent in FR/ENG or NL/ENG it’s best
