Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and monitor international sea freight and road transport shipments.
- Collaborate with and challenge external shipping and logistics partners to ensure high performance and service quality.
- Oversee the flow of goods between suppliers, warehouses, and project sites.
- Establish and maintain a centralized overview of inventory, capacity, and logistics planning across multiple locations.
- Develop and standardize internal transport, customs, and logistics processes.
- Identify and implement improvements related to efficiency, cost control, and operational excellence.
- Lead and further develop the warehouse operations and team.
- Support the ongoing digitalization and professionalization of our logistics organization. ## Must-Haves:
- Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or equivalent through experience.
- Several years of experience within international logistics, transportation, or supply chain management.
- Strong knowledge of sea freight, container logistics, customs procedures, and Incoterms.
- An assertive personality who takes ownership and is comfortable making decisions.
- Strong people management skills with proven experience in coaching and developing team members.
- Excellent communication skills in both Dutch and English.
- Ability to combine strategic thinking with a hands-on approach. ##
