- Potential long term contract About Our Client Our client is a major industrial engineering and technical services company delivering complex installation projects within a large-scale industrial environment.
Job Description
- Review executed works against contracts, work orders, invoices, and project documentation to validate claims.
- Gather, structure, and consolidate technical, commercial, financial, and administrative evidence supporting completed works.
- Manage and resolve client disputes related to executed activities, variations, and invoicing.
- Collaborate closely with project and operational teams to verify scope execution and contractual compliance.
- Lead negotiations to secure outstanding payments while maintaining a constructive and professional client relationship. The Successful Applicant
- Proven experience as a Contract Manager, Claims Manager, or commercially driven Project Manager within industrial projects.
- Strong understanding of contract management, claims preparation, invoicing, and commercial risk mitigation.
- Solid technical background enabling the assessment and validation of industrial installation works performed on site.
- Excellent negotiation, stakeholder management, and conflict-resolution skills with the ability to challenge client positions when required.
- Hands-on, pragmatic professional capable of combining technical, contractual, financial, and administrative expertise to drive results. What's on Offer
