AMPLIFY IT is looking for a Functional Analyst to join us. We have growing demand for Microsoft Power Platform projects in the BeLux market. This role is about the client. You sit with business users, understand what they really need, and turn it into a clear, written scope that the customer signs. You lead the conversation, and the solution follows from it. What you will do:
• Lead requirements and scoping workshops with business users, in French and English
• Analyze existing processes, data, files and systems, and explain how they translate into the new solution
• Design the "to be" together with the solution architect and the development analyst
• Write functional specifications, user stories with acceptance criteria, business rules, process flows and field mappings
• Define the functional side of integrations with business systems
• Keep scope clear, agreed in writing, and protected as the project moves forward
• Support developers during the build: answer questions, clarify scope, review demos
• Prepare test scenarios, support UAT and follow defects until they are closed
• Support training, go-live and user adoption. How we use AI We expect you to use AI the right way. It helps you move faster on drafting specs, user stories, test cases, meeting notes and data analysis, so you can spend your time on what matters: talking to clients and turning their needs into solutions. You guide the AI, not the other way around. You check what it produces, you own the result, and you protect client data. What we are looking for:
• 5+ years as a functional or business analyst on Microsoft business application projects
• Strong skills in running workshops and scoping requirements with clients
• Strong analysis

skills:
you break down a complex situation and make it clear for everyone
• Hands-on knowledge of Power Platform at functional level (Power Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse, Power Pages)
• Proven experience in Dynamics 365 CE applications.
• Comfortable with technical content: JSON, XML, REST APIs, data modeling, and tools like Postman or Excel to inspect data
• Practical experience using AI tools to speed up your daily work, with good judgment on when to trust them
• Experience in Agile delivery (Azure DevOps or similar) and in projects with several partners
• Fluent French and English, written and spoken
• Structured, autonomous and committed. You take ownership and deliver on time Nice to have:
• Dynamics 365 or ERP integration experience
• Azure integration components (Service Bus, Functions, Logic Apps)
• Microsoft certifications (PL-200, PL-300, PL-900)
• We are open for freelancers looking for part time or full time engagements. How we work
• Remote-first with flexible hours
• Onsite work: on-site visits when needed, mainly for workshops, UAT, go-live and training, with more presence at the start of a project, and team meetings on demand, about once a week at the start, then about every two weeks Engagement in Belgium or Luxembourg depending on the project.
