Key Responsibilities
- Own and drive the delivery of Infrastructure and Cyber Security related epics from initiation through to completion.
- Define, manage and maintain epic roadmaps, delivery plans and business cases.
- Work closely with business stakeholders, architects, solution managers, RTEs, portfolio teams and vendors to ensure successful execution.
- Lead agile ceremonies and contribute to Program Increment (PI) Planning activities.
- Manage prioritisation, dependencies, risks and stakeholder expectations across multiple workstreams.
- Support strategic initiatives focused on cyber security, compliance, access management and resilient IT operations. Required Experience âś… Minimum 5 years' experience as an Epic Owner, Project Manager or Delivery Manager âś… Strong experience delivering projects within one or more of the following:
- IT Infrastructure
- Cyber Security
- IT Integration
- Digital Workplace Technologies âś… Proven experience working within SAFe Agile environments âś… Excellent stakeholder management skills, with the ability to engage both technical and business audiences âś… Experience delivering change within a large enterprise environment, ideally Financial Services, Banking or Insurance âś… Strong understanding of Agile and traditional project delivery methodologies âś… Fluent Dutch and English If you're an experienced Epic Owner or Infrastructure-focused Project Manager looking for your next challenge, I'd be keen to hear from you.
