- Digital & IT ## About this vacancy Corporate Marketing & Communication
• Strengthen TMC's brand visibility through internal and external communication.
• Translate TMC's unique identity into engaging marketing content.
• Design branded materials such as flyers, banners, posters and other promotional assets. Social Media & Content Creation
• Create engaging content for LinkedIn and Instagram, promoting events, partnerships and technical expertise.
• Produce short-form videos featuring employeneur stories, company culture and behind-the-scenes moments.
• Develop creative, fun and trend-driven content to boost audience engagement. Employer Branding
• Showcase TMC's unique Employeneurship model to attract and engage talent.
• Support employer branding initiatives that position TMC as an attractive employer. Event & Communication Support
• Support internal and external events, from preparation to execution.
• Coordinate TMC's participation in job fairs, including planning, promotion and creating an attractive, on-brand booth.
• Manage pre
- and post-event communication across relevant channels.
• Use communication tools such as GetInTouch (WhatsApp) to engage with internal and external audiences. ## What we expect from you
• You hold a Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communication or a related field.
• You are fluent in Dutch and English.
• You have basic graphic design skills and an eye for visual content.
• You have strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
• You have interest in social media, content creation and event support.
