* in Brussels, you will oversee finance information management for an organisation in the Industrial / Manufacturing sector. You will ensure the reliability of financial information, improve reporting processes, strengthen governance, and support key finance transformation initiatives in a complex international environment. Client Details The organisation operates in the Industrial / Manufacturing sector in Brussels. Description As a *Finance Reporting Manager
* your responsibilities are:
- Own and maintain financial data, reporting structures and hierarchies.
- Ensure accurate, consistent and timely financial reporting.
- Establish data governance and reporting controls across finance systems.
- Monitor data quality, resolve discrepancies and improve data reliability.
- Automate reporting, reconciliation and control processes.
- Gather business requirements and coordinate system enhancements.
- Support reporting tool migrations and finance transformation projects.
- Partner with Finance, IT and business teams to drive continuous improvement. Profile A Successful Finance Reporting Manager Should Have
- Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Economics or equivalent.
- Proven experience in financial reporting, controlling, finance systems or finance transformation.
- Strong understanding of closing, planning, consolidation and reporting processes.
- Experience with SAP and performance management/reporting tools is a strong asset.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving and stakeholder management skills.
- Comfortable operating in a complex, international and changing environment. Job Offer
