- Start Date: ASAP We are looking for an experienced Functional Analyst / Business Analyst to support the evolution of customer-facing digital platforms and web channels within a dynamic Agile environment. Responsibilities
- Gather, analyse and challenge business requirements.
- Facilitate workshops and act as the key interface between business and IT stakeholders.
- Translate business needs into functional specifications and user stories.
- Model and document business processes and workflows (BPMN/UML).
- Collaborate closely with developers, testers and project teams to ensure successful delivery.
- Participate in integration testing, QA and UAT activities.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives and change adoption.
- Produce and maintain high-quality functional documentation. Profile Must-have
- 3+ years of experience as a Functional Analyst, IT Business Analyst or similar role.
- Strong experience in requirements gathering, analysis and stakeholder management.
- Experience working on Digital, Web, Customer Portal or Customer Experience projects.
- Proven ability to facilitate workshops and interact with business stakeholders.
- Experience writing user stories and functional specifications.
- Knowledge of BPMN, UML or similar process modelling techniques.
- Experience working in Agile environments.
- Experience with QA and UAT testing.
- Fluent in French or Dutch with a good command of English. Nice to have
- Salesforce experience.
- SAP knowledge.
- Experience with CMS platforms (Magnolia is a plus).
- Knowledge of APIs and Web Services.
