NET Architect , you will be responsible for the technical leadership of a portfolio of business-critical applications and development teams.
Key responsibilities
- Define and drive the technical architecture roadmap.
- Lead and coach multiple Full Stack .
NET development teams.
- Modernize existing applications and support migration towards .
NET 10.
- Guide the transition to modern architectures and future Kubernetes environments.
- Challenge technical and functional decisions with developers, architects, and product owners.
- Investigate complex technical issues and provide strategic solutions.
- Organize technical workshops and knowledge-sharing sessions.
- Act as the bridge between technical and non-technical stakeholders. Technology stack:

- Minimum 4 years of experience as a .

- Strong background in enterprise-level .
NET development.
- Experience with modern software architecture principles and microservices.
- Fluent English combined with Dutch or French.
- Ability to work on-site 2 days per week.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Natural coach and mentor for development teams.
- Analytical mindset and problem-solving capabilities.
- Ability to lead technical discussions and challenge decisions constructively.
- Structured, pragmatic, and proactive approach.
