- Coordinating AppStack (Middleware, Integration, Automation, etc.), Network Security, and Network projects
- Developing and tracking project plans in MS Project and Jira
- Managing stakeholder communication and reporting (both internal and external)
- Guiding technical teams through implementations and migrations
- Identifying risks and defining mitigation actions
- Managing budgets and resource planning
- Ensuring documentation and governance compliance
- Organizing syncs and alignment meetings
- Experience with initiating, coordinating, and monitoring organization-wide disaster recovery exercises as part of business continuity planning is a plus Qualifications *Technical:
*
- Broad knowledge of infrastructure: servers, networks, cloud platforms, middleware (Oracle Fusion Middleware), integration (IBM webMethods, Axway, Automic), Zscaler, Aruba, DDI, etc.
- Experience with public cloud (AWS, Azure) and private cloud
- Knowledge of CI/CD, monitoring, and security principles
- Experience with tools such as Jira, MS Project, and Confluence *Soft

- Excellent communication skills (Dutch, French, English)
- Stakeholder management and diplomacy
- Analytical mindset and problem-solving skills
- Team coordination and coaching Who we are looking for:
- At least 5 years of experience in IT infrastructure project management
- Proven experience with appstack and database projects and migrations
- Solid understanding of Agile/Scrum and traditional project management methodologies
- Experience with governance and compliance in enterprise environments
- Certifications such as PMP, PRINCE2, or AWS/Azure Fundamentals are a plus
