Key responsibilities
- Lead and develop a maintenance organization.
- Take full ownership of the maintenance function’s P&L and a budget of approximately €10 million.
- Drive equipment reliability, maintenance performance, and operational excellence.
- Prepare the team, processes, and capabilities for new production technologies and installations.
- Lead people through significant technical, digital, and cultural change.
- Work closely with the Plant Manager and cross-functional stakeholders to support a successful transformation. Why consider this opportunity? This is not simply a maintenance leadership role.
