Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, test, maintain, and enhance applications on the IBM i (AS/400) platform.
- Work with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Develop and maintain business-critical applications.
- Troubleshoot issues and ensure application reliability and performance.
- Identify opportunities for automation, process optimization, and continuous improvement.
- Prepare technical documentation and contribute to knowledge sharing.
- Collaborate with developers, business teams, and IT stakeholders. Required Skills & Experience
- Minimum 3 years of software development experience.
- Strong hands-on experience with IBM i / AS/400 development. (must)
- RPG / RPGLE development experience.
- Experience maintaining and enhancing business-critical applications.
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
- Good communication and stakeholder collaboration skills.
- A proactive mindset, willingness to learn, and a commitment to continuous improvement. Important Working Conditions
- 100% on-site attendance is the standard expectation.
- Participation in a mandatory on-call rotation, including evenings, nights, and weekends.
- A 4/5 working schedule is acceptable, provided on-site attendance is maintained on working days.
