Our client, a leading organization in the energy sector, is looking for a consultant to help implement a federated architecture operating model. The role focuses on establishing a coherent architectural direction while ensuring local execution remains empowered across various entities.
Responsibilities
- Define common principles, guardrails, standards, and reference architectures to guide organizational technology decisions.
- Translate group-level standards into actionable local context for domain and technical architects.
- Facilitate architecture governance processes across various organizational levels and entities.
- Advise portfolio stakeholders on technology choices to ensure alignment with cross-entity decision rules.
- Collaborate with security, data, and engineering teams to enable implementation of the architectural vision.
- Support the development of reusable technology patterns to enable faster and safer decision-making. Requirements
- You have experience with Enterprise Architecture and Architecture Governance.
- You bring knowledge of Target Operating Models (TOM) and Federated Architecture.
- You possess skills in defining reference architectures, standards, and architectural guardrails.
- You're familiar with the intersection of architecture with Security, Data, and Engineering domains.
- You're proactive and solution-oriented with strong advisory skills.
- You are fluent in English. Nice to Haves
- Experience within the energy or utilities industry.
- Knowledge of Agile portfolio management. Offer
