As a Freelance Business Controller your responsibilities are:

Support month-end and year-end closing, including reconciliations and consolidation ;
Analyse revenue, margins, stocks and performance variances versus budget and previous years ;
Support the preparation of annual budgets, forecasts and financial models ;
Prepare management and Board reporting, presentations and ad hoc financial analyses ;
Support cash flow forecasting and financial planning ;
Act as a business partner to commercial and operational teams ;
Challenge assumptions and contribute to business cases and investment decisions ;
Improve and automate controlling processes, reporting and financial tools ;

A successful Freelance Business Controller should have:

University degree in Finance, Economics, Business or a related field ;
Minimum 3 years of experience in Business Controlling or Financial Analysis ;
Strong understanding of controlling, accounting principles and financial reporting ;
Experience with budgeting, forecasting and financial modelling ;
Strong analytical skills with excellent Excel knowledge; BI experience is a plus ;
Interest in digitalisation, data tools and business systems ;
Structured, proactive and hands-on with strong attention to detail ;
Fluent in French and English ;
