As an Incident & Problem Manager, you'll join the Central Operations team. This is the operational heartbeat of Telenet. Together with colleagues across IT, fixed network, and mobile network teams, you help keep our services available, reliable, and performing at their best. No two days are the same. You'll work with a wide range of stakeholders, lead incident coordination, and drive improvements that make a real difference for our customers.
