French-Speaking Customer Support Specialist
Are you fluent in French and looking for an exciting opportunity in Lisbon? ️
We are hiring French-Speaking Customer Support Specialists to join one of our leading BPO clients in Lisbon.
Location
Lisbon, Portugal
Relocation is welcome
This opportunity is open to candidates already in Portugal as well as candidates from other countries who are willing to relocate to Lisbon.
What we're looking for
- Fluency in French is mandatory
- Good communication skills in English (B2)
- Strong customer-oriented mindset
- Good communication and problem-solving skills
- Motivation to work in a customer-focused environment
- Previous customer support experience is a plus, but not required
- Candidates without previous experience are welcome to apply
